Stay Tuned...

Screwed by your credit card company for being a good customer? Like to vent and tell them what you think?

Well... let me share you my story about my bank.. Citibank.

Account Number one... credit line cut from $12,500 to $1000. I closed the account.

Account Number two... APR jacked.. no lates, 12 year old account, high credit score. Opt Out. Citibank misrepresents on their site that you could get the card for 13.24%, but not for me.

Account Number three... APR jacked to 20.99%.. no lates, 17 year old account, high credit score. They advertise on their site that you can get the card for 12.99% (Tier 1 APR). But not for me.. a long term loyal customer.. I get 20.99%. You can get 12.99% if it is a new account or you are a new customer. You call this customer service?

I closed my Sears account last week.. another Citibank account.

I also have a student loan with Citibank.. waiting to get screwed on this one...

A customer with Citibank for 17 years and I am treated like crap. Bank of American and School's First did not screw me over.. I even got lower rates! How come BofA and School's First did not raise my rates or lower my limits during the "economic down turn"?

More of my story to follow...

This blog is no way associated with Citibank. I am not a spokesperson for Citibank and this blog falls under nominative fair use.
